The data are available beginning 3 months and ending 5 years following article publication for to investigators, whose proposed use of data will have been approved by an independent review committee identified for to realise an individual participant data meta-analysis. Proposals may be submitted up to 36 months following article publication to IB-M (ianblanco@hmanacor.org) and EC-S (enrique.castro-sanchez@city.ac.uk).
