Abstract: The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual framework for telemedicine system performance in developing countries. The developing countries still having a big challenge in implementing telemedicine system and this research is assessing healthcare practitioner viewpoint in Malaysia. Malaysia has started implementation of telemedicine localise project since 1997. A framework model is developed to predict user interaction of the telemedicine system performance by three outputs: net benefit, system expectation and adoption. The outcomes of this research study should give insightful knowledge to researchers in academia and system implementer in developing countries.
